About the Vital Zen
It all started with curiosity ... curiosity and lots of questions led me into exploration of human body and its needs to thrive. My journey began with sports. A huge interest into feeling well all day propelled me into actively engage into many physical activities, which over time encouraged me to take upon courses for personal trainer and nutrionist specialist. At young age, combining proper food with physical activity seemed just about what I needed. However, my life changed and brought me a role of a business woman, working in a corporate world. All of a sudden, knowing about sports and food just did not seem enough anymore. I started studying hormones, brain functions, energy points ... and as a consequene, I have brought into my life yoga, ayurveda, breathwork, tao face yoga, meditations and a way more holistic approach to the way of eating, which considers my hormonal cycles, the nature and its laws and I see there is no end to studies. It is just adding to the story. The same way as the universe expands endlessly, so does the curiosity and the desires to understand and learn every day more. And the knowledge obtained over all these years of dedication and love, I would be thrilled to share with you, to an extent you find convenient for you and for the situation you find yourself in at this very moment.
